Eighty-eight tons of precursor chemicals seized in Manzanillo, Colima
The Secretariat of the Navy (Semar) seized eighty-eight tons of precursor chemicals, presumably belonging to a Sinaloa criminal cell, in the port of Manzanillo, Colima.

Been saying for about a year now that CDS has half on Manzanillo on lockdown but the only reason I say it it's because American agencies have put out information saying so.
