The president of the Supreme Court of Justice emphasized that so far it has not been possible to link the subjects to the disappearances.

The president of the Supreme Court of Justice, Daniel Espinosa Licón, informed that the intermediate hearing of the five subjects related to the discovery of two burnt bodies in a brick factory in Lagos de Moreno in August of last year, which was scheduled for September 12, was postponed due to the resignation of the defense attorney.
They are Valentin, Enhau, Emmanuel, Celestino and Rogelio, known as “Comandante Roy”, who face the crime of forced disappearance, in addition to being investigated for their possible relationship with the disappearance of five young people on August 11, 2023 in Lagos de Moreno, and that so far their participation in this event has not been confirmed.
“There are five detainees, the private defense resigned, the intermediate hearing was scheduled for September 12, that is to say, the hearing in which the parties come to debate on what evidence will be presented in trial, but with the resignation of the private defense, a public defender was appointed and in that sense, he will ask for an extension of the term to be imposed on the file”.
The president of the Supreme Court of Justice emphasized that so far it has not been possible to link the subjects with the disappearance of Uriel Galvan, Dante Cedillo, Jaime Adolfo Martinez, Diego Alberto Lara and Roberto Olmeda, because Forensic Sciences still does not have the genetic results of the bodies located in the brickyard to confirm or rule out that these bodies correspond to any of the five boys.
“Precisely not them as victims, because in these cases the victims are not identified as victims, because we do not have the name and because we do not have the results of the DNA test”.
Valentín, Enhau, Emmanuel, Celestino and Rogelio, were detained in different events by agents of the State Prosecutor's Office.
On September 2, agents from the State Prosecutor's Office captured Valentin, 51, in the town of La Estanzuela, in Teuchitlan.
On September 6, the Enhau and Emmanuel brothers were arrested in the state of Queretaro.
On Monday, October 2, agents from the State Prosecutor's Office captured Rogelio M, and on Wednesday, October 4, Celestino M. was arrested.
didnt the dude on the right turn on his "friends" and kill them? he looks shady compared to the other 4.
ReplyDeleteWhat a strange way to word 'forced'...
Delete11:03pm You are a menso. The guy was forced to kill his friends by CJNG. He did not do this willingly. After he did this he was also murdered. Statements from their families said these guys loved each other like brothers. You need to do more research on this. Nuff Said!!!
DeleteHe was forced to kill them. He didn't betray them.
DeleteI think he might have been forced to. It's hard to say what you would or wouldn't do when your life is being threatened. Self preservation is a real thing. I don't know that we'll ever know the entire story though.
DeleteYes and yes
DeleteHow in the fuck can you glean that from a shitty pic? Shut the fuck up already!
DeleteI think the one who killed his friends is second from the left.
DeleteThe tough guys in the comment section here would have disarmed the cjng guys, rescued their friends, then reported it to the responsible authorities. No mata amigos here.
DeleteNo hes the guy on the right. He had eyebrow slits in the video and he was way too comfortable doing it.
Deletei didnt glean that from a pic either..I got it from the original article. You know the one with the video of him stabbing and beating his friends to death. It eas posted on BB when it happened. Im just discussing the case from what I read. I dont understand why everyone is taking it so personal
DeleteEl raton , el guero, el nini. Already cooperating. Next to be captured or unalived is the chaputos. Arrival EL CARTEL DE LOS SAPOS.

DeleteYou go girl!
All of these court proceedings are a total waste of time and money. These judges are paid bribes by CJNG. These scumbags have almost everyone in the state of Jalisco paid off. They have almost all local police, state police and even the state governor Alfaro in thier pockets. What the authorities should have done was minutes after their arrest shoot them in the head and claim self defense. That is the only way to get true justice in corrupt Mexico. Nuff Said!!!
ReplyDeleteMexico the worse narco state. Mexico need a reset button.

Yeah right, Mexico can't even solve clear cut homicides, or they dont want to and they just go thru the motions.
