"El Cuini" Transferred From Santa Martha, Mexico City To El Altiplano State Of Mexico Maximum Security Prison

Abigael González Valencia, alias El Cuini, leader of the criminal group Los Cuinis, partners and administrators of the economic resources of the Jalisco Cartel - New Generation (CJNG), was transferred from the Santa Martha Acatitla Social Rehabilitation Center for Men in the Iztapalapa district of Mexico City to the Federal Center for Social Rehabilitation (CEFERESO), No. 1, El Altiplano, in Almoloya de Juárez, State of Mexico.

The brother-in-law of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, alias “El Mencho”, leader of the CJNG, was transferred on September 6 by helicopter with the participation of personnel from Penitentiary Security, the Undersecretary of the Penitentiary System, the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) of Mexico City, as well as the Secretariat of National Defense (SEDENA) and the National Guard (GN).

“At the moment, the reasons for his transfer from the prison in the eastern part of the capital to the maximum security prison are unknown,” according to media reports.

Abigael González, who was arrested by the Navy in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, in February 2015, faces criminal proceedings for homicide, money laundering, organized crime, arms trafficking and carrying weapons for the exclusive use of the Armed Forces, according to the Attorney General's Office (FGR).

Last July, in criminal case 45/2015, the head of the First District Court for Federal Criminal Proceedings, with residence in Jalisco, issued a second formal arrest warrant to Cuini for carrying a firearm.

It's also all of a sudden hot in a lot of US states so it's obvious god has a favorite cartel - correlation is not causation 🤦

    2. He heard that El Chapo was banging his psychologist in Altiplano so he had himself transferred so he could get laid. Also, they didn't have cream corn on the commissary list at Santa Martha Acatitla, so getting a transfer was a no brainer.

    3. @12:25 you sound dumb af he was transferred from a state prison which is very relaxed and corrupt to a maximum security prison. Dumbass

  4. Waiting on Menchito to take the stand. If he does not cooperate, he will face the same fate as Alfredo Beltran... once El Cuini and the rest of these guys are extradited and see how Menchito sealed his fate, they will cooperate with Uncle Sam, spill the beans, get a reduced sentence, and the cycle will continue.

    2. Mochomo wanted to snitch but he couldn't because he wasn't offered a deal.

    3. El 02 already declined to talk he’s not like los sinaloas who can’t stop talking

    4. 159 he wanted to renegotiate after everyone else snitched, but the reason why he is where he is right now is because initially he chose not to cooperate with the feds, so what happened. They threw the book at him... Now looking at things in retrospect, do you think he cares about the pendejos on here who denounce snitching but have never done federal time? I bet he could careless about you praising him for "keeping it 💯 "

He wasn't offered the opportunity to cooperate so he couldn't snitch. He did immediately snitch out a Colombian supplier while still in Mexico.

    6. @2:29
      When did I praise him?

      Delete
    7. 3:54 first off mochomo didn’t work directly with Colombians, that was Arturo’s specialty and Alfredo was only in charge of Sonora and sinaloa. Second off they gave people who were higher ranked then him deals for talking against chapo. They were giving out deals like candy for el chapo, and he would’ve been the closest to him of all the snitches in his case. prosecutors offer everyone a deal even after their sentences have been handed down, a perfect example is Tigrillo Arellano

      Delete
    8. 5:48

That doesn't matter because he knew who the supplier was and ratted them out. He also snitched on his own brother by telling the US that was the true leader of the Beltran Leyva cartel but the US rejected that because they wanted no deal with him and gave him life.

    9. 355 not you literally. Figuratively speaking. You or anyone praising him.

    10. @12:36 facts bro

    11. There’s very few details about Alfredo Beltran’s case but more than likely he chose not to cooperate at first because he pled guilty right away but then tried to backtrack and get a deal. It’s also documented Alfredo saying that Arturo was the real boss of the organization. Behind closed doors I’m sure Alfredo gave much more info to the US government but never got credited for it. If anything Alfredo had more info than even Vicente Zambada of the Sinaloa Cartel as a whole.

      Delete
    12. 6:56 that’s because they took Arturo’s inducement and basically replaced his name with Alfredo’s. There was many BB contributors back in the day that were surprised how obvious it was. Snitching on a dead man? Come on now. If you think he couldn’t have gotten a good deal being chapos cousin you’re on something. There was no one closer to him or higher ranked that testified against chapo. He would have been the star witness and only guy who knew chapo since childhood. Show links that show Alfredo wasn’t given an option to snitch because basically everyone is given that option. He also has valuable information on current BLO big shots like Isidro and Musico. You’re crazy if you think that type of info wouldn’t have led to a big sentence reduction especially when his case was going on, the US didn’t even have Músicos or Sagitarios real name

      Delete
    13. 9:32 & 10:06

The facts say otherwise. Mochomo wanted to cooperate but the US rejected that. And snitching is snitching regardless if someone is dead (which makes it worse! Snitching on your own dead brother!).

      Delete
    14. 9:05 post the facts because I’ve followed the case since the forum was around and nothing you said was ever mentioned by any of the top contributors like Chivis. If Tigrillo got a lower sentence after getting life you think mochomo couldn’t? Especially with the new indictments on 2024 BLO structure. He still holds lots of info on characters like Musico and Los Gonzalez who there is basically no info on

      Delete
    15. 10:17 I agree with you, up to date Alfredo holds info on the current leaders of the BLO faction in Sinaloa, that indictment basically stated that El Musico, Chapo Isidro and el Sagitario were just as powerful and could rival any other cartel in Mexico. Plus the indictment also includes Jose Gil Caro Quintero as an associate to them, the leader of the Caborca cartel. This wasn’t in the indictment but I’ve read that he’s possibly the biggest cocaine buyer and distributor in the world. I wonder if they’d let Alfredo talk for a new deal since he has info on all those guys mentioned.

  15. You wonder if this is part of keeping him in custody until his information expires, and then send him to the US to cooperate

because that team has real money and real connections, and they can't get him out yet? Inge got out.

The US got his brother, Menchito, Jessica.

    1. Inge wasn't on El Cuini's level. I'm not aware of El Inge being requested for extradition by the USA. I'll defer to you since you're in SD where one would assume he'd be indicted.
Both of Cuini's brothers were extradited from S. American countries possibly with no protections regarding life or death penalty sentences. One of his brothers already received a federal life sentence and the other is awaiting his sentence I think. If he also gets life or an equivalent multi decade sentence comparable to a life sentence Cuini's lawyers can make arguments that he's also at risk of possibly receiving a life sentence and thereby halt his extradition. Sounds simple but it can happen because of the current political relations between México and the USA.

    2. Right to my point, that if Inge was able to work something out Abigail could - but to your point yeah Inge wasn’t even on a US indictment,
The US never asked for him.

It seems to me like it all
