Culiacán, Sin.- The body of a man was found decapitated, with visible signs of torture and handcuffed in the early hours of Friday, September 13 in the municipality of Culiacán.
The information indicates that at 01:00 a.m. the 911 emergency service reported the presence of a lifeless and decapitated body on Liberalismo Street, between Presidente Plutarco Elías Calles and Presidente Roque González Garza, in the Simón Bolívar neighborhood, next to the well-known Parque 87.
The report was taken by elements of the municipal police, who at that location located a lifeless body, handcuffed by his hands and headless, which as clothing was wearing blue jeans, a black shirt and black tactical boots.
As protocols, the perimeter was delimited and experts and investigators from the prosecutor's office were in charge of the diligences and during the field work they did not locate the head of the person, so only the body was transferred as unknown to the Forensic Medical Service.
