Elements of the Mexican Army and the National Guard arrested two alleged members of the Jalisco Cartel - New Generation (CJNG) in the municipality of Atenguillo, Jalisco, on Monday, October 7.

The detainees are Salvador “N”, El Chava, and Rogelio “N”, El Gordo.

Salvador “N” was one of the trusted men of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, El Mencho. He served as a liaison and messenger between the founder and leader of the CJNG and the cartel's logistical and financial operators, fronts and regional bosses.

Salvador “N” is identified as the regional head of the CJNG in the municipality of Talpa de Allende and the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area, and is also linked to several acts of violence committed in the state.

During the arrest, authorities also seized weapons, cartridges, magazines and different drugs, such as cocaine, methamphetamines and fentanyl.

Investigation led to capture
The capture was the result of months of investigation and intelligence activities carried out by the National Guard in collaboration with the Mexican Army.
The detainees were handed over to the Special Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime (FEMDO).

How to file a complaint with the Prosecutor's Office?
Since it is in writing, the complaint must contain general information and a description of the facts of which the victim was a victim. Three copies of this document will be made, which will be checked by the Public Prosecutor's Office on duty and then will be sent to the official office where the person filing the complaint will receive acknowledgement of receipt.

By appearance, the person will give his oral statement, he will be asked his personal information and will have to narrate the facts in which he was a victim, he must deliver 3 copies of “the documents to prove the property, his personality, the amount of the crime, he must also show copies of his official identification”.
The address to go to is the Attorney General's Office (FGE) of Jalisco, at 2550 14th Street, between 3rd and 5th, Industrial Zone of Guadalajara.

Anyone know if these big multi-national corporations are off limits to extortion by the cartels or do they have to pay plaza fees? or do they just extort the employees at their homes? or???
Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., the world's largest electronics contract manufacturer, better known as Foxconn Technology, is set to expand its server production capacity in Mexico to meet 'crazy' demand for Nvidia's next-generation Blackwell GPUs and servers on its base. The Taiwanese company has already invested over $500 million in its Mexican operations in Chihuahua, Once operational in 2025, the facility is expected to become the largest in the world for assembling motherboards and servers for Nvidia Blackwell-based servers. The plant's planned capacity is 20,000 servers, presumably per month, which means 240,000 machines per year

    8. Most big corporations will just add security, refuse, or close shop altogether as they can afford it. I do know for a fact many big corporations in places like Guerrero State pay extortion fees just to keep the peace and keep things moving. You'd be surprised by the amount of major beverage, tobacco, and alcoholic beverage companies that pay fees regularly, just to keep the peace. I heard a story about a smaller cartel charging a extremely popular beverage company extortion fees. The fee was collected monthly by the plaza boss who kept a small % and sent the rest on to his bosses who had organized the payment some years prior. It was alot of money, but not alot for the size of this company which is known all over the world. This bothered the plaza boss who thought they should be charging 10x what they were. The company paid like clock work every month, no questions asked, in return the cartel bosses had kept the price the same for a number of years even as floor cost other places sky rocketed and the company itself expanded greatly opening a second distribution center in this small city. The local plaza boss, without the approval from his bosses had had enough and increased the fees and started pocketing the difference. Within months he had doubled then quadrupled the fee and soon decided to send two of his teen goons armed to the new distributor demanding a separate payment for the new facility. Instead of paying, this major corporation closed shop completely and contacted the governor threatening to leave the state altogether. The governor contacted the cartels leadership who were obviously furious. It was decided that the slate must be wiped clean of the plaza boss and everything related to him, completely. He was very promptly executed along with all his men and everything and everyone related to him, businesses, associates, and immediate family members, nothing was spared. The fees continue to this day, only difference being its handled by leadership directly.

    9. The big companies „pay security fees“. In return they are somehow protected against other criminals. You go missing if you request money from them.

@11.02 and @10:55 muchas gracias for the info. Do you know if the corporation uses the cartel to keep worker's wages low or to intervene if say the workers wanted to strike? Wouldn't be a good-look for the corporation if it were to be caught employing a cartel to pressure employees. If products are going duty free to America I can see the corp paying plaza fees as the cheap Mexican labor would offset the fees--of course depending the amount of the fees!

@11:02 and 10:55 So, is burning businesses and putting Mexicans out of work off limits in the Mayito and chapitos war or the Mexican gvt will destroy their leadership? Seems like the cartel legit businesses, which would be a legitmate finacial target to bleed their enemy of war funds, remain untouched in Sinaloa!

    14. In June 2024, a federal jury in Florida found Chiquita Brands International liable for human rights violations in Colombia and ordered the company to pay $38.3 million in damages to the families of eight men killed by a paramilitary group. One of the largest produce companies in the world employed paramilitaries for "security" but also to disappear labor strikes. The AUF who was the paramilitary group being paid for security is involved in drug trafficking. Basically there were documents showing that they were complicit in workers killings. The US Government wouldn't care, in fact its kinda business as usual. If the public got really upset then yeah it could possibly change but we have no problem supporting the same people who support the AUF so I doubt cartels really care about their "image" or some sort of backlash.

    16. @Big Nuts. Big corporations, especially US corporations, don't need to pay organised crime to keep wages low, the Mexican Government sold out Mexican workers almost 2 decades ago, so no need, and there are so many private security companies that hire soldiers, police and mercenaries to disappear Union leaders and intimidate activists they rarely need to turn to whichever Cartel controls things locally. The traffickers often use the same people.

  2. Let's be real here. How many people actually show up in person to file a complaint to the prosecutors office? To do this a person must be really dumb. You will have to give them your identification and the cameras will see your face. Everyone will know you made this complaint including the cartels. Probably about half of the people working for the prosector are in the cartels pocket. Why not set up an anonymous phone number? People who go in person are for sure dead meat. Nuff Said!!!

  3. I want to file a complaint with the prosecutors office.
In Tijuana the police 🚓🚨, with no name tags, no numbers on the police car and no licence plates, they sure were wearing the Tijuana police uniforms. Anyway they stopped me for making a u-turn, as I was going to a parking space.
They wanted $100, I told them I have 50, I left quickly as they can make me disappear.

      4. Ask yourself if you drive a car... in the US. You make a u-turn on a residential street, with no sign posted, and no cars around and the police 🚨 see you, would they give a ticket???
