GOEM or Grupo De Operaciones Especiales Mencho in the video above reportedly raided the home of a cockfighting breeder named Cesar Bravo Anaya in Huejotzingo, Puebla. Mr. Cesar Bravo Anaya was kidnapped according to the Municipio Puebla news site on September 30, 2024. but the video of his interrogation surfaced in recent days with obvious signs of torture all over his body. Also, the body of Bravo Anaya was reportedly found on October 4, 2024, in the municipality of San Martin Texmelucan, Puebla.

Mencho is known as Lord of the Roosters maybe this dudes roosters produce champion bloodlines. More then likely they knew this cat would give them the drop on all the local who's who of the underworld. Cockfighting is just another racket and is usuallytied into other criminal rackets. CJNG like Los Zetas seeks total control of the criminal underworld in there plazas. This cat unfortunately is just there way in and will be made an example of, so others fall in line. Los Zetas pioneered this method of criminal takeover. Plus, dude is more then likely tied into other criminal rackets. He has the info needed to move up the ladder. If his family finds it that important to mention they stole jewelry, and cash, then more important info about the guy, that speaks volumes about who they really are, plus the homes fortifications, multiple sealed doors, high walls, this isn't the way avg Mexican families live. This dude was involved in the underworld, the polo and jewelry he's wearing in the missing flyer tells you all you need to know. It's not right, but unfortunately it's the world we live in.
