The Attorney General's Office, with the support of the Sedena, the Federal Ministerial Police and the Profepa, carried out a search in two properties in La Huerta, Jalisco.
Two lions and 11 deer, wildlife found on farms adapted for animals, were seized.
The Attorney General's Office continues the investigation for crimes against biodiversity and the environment, according to the Federal Criminal Code.
Even though they were struttin' around all bad-ass because they had their arch-rivals the tigers outnumbered by 11-2, the deer were secretly very, very relieved when the coppers came and broke up the party..
