The first image of Dámaso López Serrano, the Minilic, after his arrest in Virginia on December 12, was released on social networks.
In the image, the son of Dámaso López Núñez, el Licenciado, is seen wearing a blue sweatshirt and glasses.
El Minilic was arrested last Thursday, December 12, in Virginia, United States, where the FBI accused him of conspiracy to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl.
In Mexico, the Mexican Attorney General's Office requested his extradition after accusing him of being the mastermind behind the murder of journalist Javier Valdez, which occurred on May 15, 2017.
With no full beard and with glasses , he does look like a different person compared to the one he took with Luis chaparro. Looks like a computer tech and not like a mafioso lol.

DeleteProbably what the feds told him to alter his look what is said is that he was not in the witness protection. I believe probably his decision to not be a protect witness to have more freedom. He played the part but he could not let go got a second chance and screwed if he should be deported back and will if the feds got what ever they needed from him.
