Cesar Fabian “N”, alias “El Ceviches”, was transferred to the Puente Grande penitentiary complex, from where he has escaped on two occasions, most recently last Christmas.

He was in the facilities of the Attorney General's Office of the Republic (FGR), after he was captured on Friday by elements of the Federal Ministerial Police, of said agency, on Benito Juarez street in the center of Tonala.

It was during the early hours of Sunday morning when a convoy transferred him from the facilities of the Attorney General's Office to the Puente Grande penitentiary complex.

He was aboard an armored Rhino vehicle, which was escorted by members of the Mexican Army, National Guard and State Police.
Cesar Fabian escaped on December 25 last year, taking advantage of the fact that the staff of the Metropolitan prison had many visitors. He had already escaped from the same prison complex in 2001.
After 16 days, that is, on January 9, “El Ceviches” was captured for crimes against health and violation of the Federal Firearms and Explosives Law.

FGR sources assured that at his hearing, the Public Prosecutor's Office will ask the judge to transfer him to a maximum security prison to prevent him from evading justice again.

    2. Christmas '24 was just a couple weeks ago, don't remember seeing or reading anywhere that he escaped.

  2. This is a complete joke. Soon he will escape a third time. CJNG has total control of that prison. The Mexican army needs to do everyone a favor. They need to shoot and kill all these criminals on the spot when captured. Make it look like self defense. That is the only way to solve the narco problem in Mexico! Nuff Said!!!

    2. @Nuff Said. And there we have it.
The Mexican Army should kill people without bothering with trials. Like the Normalistas with Sedena tracking their every move? Garcia Luna would be... ah never mind.
How about if people in Mexico were denied the right to free assembly and freedom of speech, because then the mobs wouldn't be able to recruit as effectively? How do people who pretend to be US patriots recommend the exact opposite of all their values when it comes to their neighbour? You know why.

    3. 8:34pm Trails in Mexico do not work when you have corrupt judges. Almost every police officer is working for a cartel. The very few that are honest get murdered for not accepting plata. It is a big web of government officials working on the side of the cartel. Not on the side of the people. You can only have faith in trails and the justice system when everyone is honest. Look at what happened to you. A corrupt police officer beat you up and framed you for reporting. You needed to leave Mexico. All of your lawsuits have gone nowhere. You just wasted a lot of time and money for nothing. The whole Mexican system is structured to protect these corrupt officials and top cartel leaders. You can't compare the U.S with Mexico. It's comparing apples to oranges. In order for Mexico to be like us they need to eliminate most cartel members through murder. Once they are gone then the dirty money bribes to government officials will end. People in Mexico kind of don't have a right to freedom of speech or assembly especially in small plazas. If they speak out they will get murdered or if lucky tortured like you. I went to Mexico recently and every time I asked a local about cartel activities they looked at me strange and put their finger on their lip. Basically telling me to shut up. Is that your freedom of speech. I tell you what we can do together to fix this. Fly in to Washington next week. I will meet you at the airport and we can go see Trump at the white house ok. We will make a good plan to invade Mexico and eliminate all cartels. After we occupy Tijuana I want to change the name to Nuffuana. Nuff Said!!!

    5. Nuffy can ruminate like a deep thinker at times, but he's here mostly for comic relief..
It's hard for a normal person's brain to process the misery of the cartel wars, being flippant or playing the clown is a way for one's mind to reject the absolute horror of it all..
Speaking of horror, try to imagine poor Ms. Buffy having to wake up next to the NuffSaidster every morning!
She should have listened to her mom and married 006, who's neither a keyboard warrior nor sidewalk commando, but is literally risking his neck in the field directing tropas and dodging the bullets!!!

    8. @7.44. Yeah? It might help if you could explain why. Like Nuff Said explaining to veterans that Plata means.... oh hold on.
Yep, Plata means....hold on....yep, that means money, so Plomo must be.....hold on.... the other. YES!

    9. @Nuff Said. Where do you get this shit from?
"Small Plazas?" What does that mean?
You went to Mexico, asked locals about "Cartel activity" and they put their finger to their lips? Nobody would be that stupid to ask that question, and they wouldn't have responded. You've never been to Mexico.
