Cesar Fabian “N”, alias “El Ceviches”, was transferred to the Puente Grande penitentiary complex, from where he has escaped on two occasions, most recently last Christmas.
He was in the facilities of the Attorney General's Office of the Republic (FGR), after he was captured on Friday by elements of the Federal Ministerial Police, of said agency, on Benito Juarez street in the center of Tonala.
It was during the early hours of Sunday morning when a convoy transferred him from the facilities of the Attorney General's Office to the Puente Grande penitentiary complex.
He was aboard an armored Rhino vehicle, which was escorted by members of the Mexican Army, National Guard and State Police.
Cesar Fabian escaped on December 25 last year, taking advantage of the fact that the staff of the Metropolitan prison had many visitors. He had already escaped from the same prison complex in 2001.
After 16 days, that is, on January 9, “El Ceviches” was captured for crimes against health and violation of the Federal Firearms and Explosives Law.
FGR sources assured that at his hearing, the Public Prosecutor's Office will ask the judge to transfer him to a maximum security prison to prevent him from evading justice again.
Escaped Christmas of 2023 or 2024?
ReplyDeleteDumb question.
DeleteYou brain cells can't figure it out, it's in the article.
This is a complete joke. Soon he will escape a third time. CJNG has total control of that prison. The Mexican army needs to do everyone a favor. They need to shoot and kill all these criminals on the spot when captured. Make it look like self defense. That is the only way to solve the narco problem in Mexico! Nuff Said!!!
ReplyDeleteThese CJNG guys sure do escape a lot, don’t they? Lol
Delete@Nuff Said. And there we have it.
DeleteThe Mexican Army should kill people without bothering with trials. Like the Normalistas with Sedena tracking their every move? Garcia Luna would be... ah never mind.
How about if people in Mexico were denied the right to free assembly and freedom of speech, because then the mobs wouldn't be able to recruit as effectively? How do people who pretend to be US patriots recommend the exact opposite of all their values when it comes to their neighbour? You know why.
lol how many people now have escaped from Puerta Grande?
