The people are questioned to see if they have a connection to the rival cartel. They look through their phones to see messages, photos and contacts. These hitmen at the checkpoints have instructions to kidnap all people who have any type of link to the rival cartel. They are taken and killed at these clandestine graves. Nuff Said!!!
